Refund policy

🧾 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unstained, and undamaged.

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Be supported by a video recording of the package being unboxed.

  • Have a genuine reason for return (e.g., incorrect item, manufacturing defect).

Note:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.


🔁 RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email us at merchandise@team-bhp.com within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. Include your order number, unboxing video, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  4. Pack the item securely with original packaging and ship it back as per instructions shared.

Returns are subject to approval based on submitted evidence.


🔄 EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you receive a product that doesn’t meet expectations and you’d prefer an exchange:

  1. Contact us at merchandise@team-bhp.com to request an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA).

  2. Follow the same steps as for returns (provide unboxing video and order info).

  3. Once approved and the returned product is received, your replacement item will be dispatched and delivered within Seven (7) working days.


💸 REFUND POLICY

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. In some cases we may ask for bank details for a manual refund and we will let the customer know over the mail if it is required.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days.

  • A restocking fee of ₹25 applies to all returns.

  • Refund timelines may vary during national holidays or if evidence is incomplete.


📦 RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Domestic Returns (India):

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged in transit.

  • International Returns:

    • Customers must cover return shipping fees.

    • A maximum of 3 items per international return request is allowed. Multiple orders must be processed separately.


❗ IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All returns and exchanges are reviewed manually — approval is not automatic.

  • Any missing, damaged, or tampered packaging will result in the return being declined.

  • No returns/exchanges will be processed without an unboxing video.

  • If your return is rejected, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.
